Our 30-minutes Circuit Toning Program is by far All Shapes's unique expertise. Involving a series of pneumatic equipment for strength training and cardio planks for aerobic movements, constantly being motivated by our competent and certified trainers, adds a personal touch to our program.

Calling all mothers, we are the only ladies fitness centre that offers a FREE babysitting room filled with toys to play with! You can have your precious one under the same roof while you sweat it out and get back in shape.
